Corymbia Woods

The Corymbia Woods development is a mixed use development that will provide for the sustainable development of the 77 Hectare site.

The concept embodies the design approach of Traditional Neighbourhood Design (TND) which promotes a comprehensive planning system that includes a variety of housing types and land uses within the site. A variety of uses permits civic buildings and commercial establishments to be located within walking distance of private homes.

Corymbia Woods is served by a network of paths, streets and lanes suitable for pedestrians as well as vehicles. This provides residents the option of walking, cycling or driving to places within their Corymbia Woods neighbourhood, as well as the surrounding area.
